Through the yoga postures we are inviting a sense of grounding, balance and calm. Positive intentions, patience and kindness is the essence of this class.
Any class including a short meditation will be a guided meditation in observing the natural breath (uncontrolled and ever changing reality). Why? Observing it keeps us grounded and conscious, connecting with the body/mind. Once we have peace with the mind/body we have peace within the breath.
