Welcome, my name is Paula Amani, I love what I do physically, creatively and intuitively within the Wellbeing service I provide. I am certified in these wellbeing therapies - yoga, massage, aromatherapy, mindfulness and meditation. I have experienced how these wonderful holistic options nurture mental, emotional and physical health and I am passionate to pass on my knowledge/wisdom to the wonderful clients who come my way, ready to start their wellbeing journey.
Whether these wellbeing options are chosen separately or as a whole plan, my job is to provide a personalised wellbeing service to guide and support positive change towards your health.
I came into the Wellbeing industry and practise everyday self care due to an incredible learning curve when life got intensely challenging. This challenging time brought on anxiety, an extremely busy mind and stress manifesting in lower back pain/tense digestive system. I knew I had to do something differently to make positive change for my mental/physical health, this was to do something in a more natural and kind way. I took a small step, I started attending 1 yoga class a week, things really changed from there for me, yoga began my holistic wellbeing journey, expanding my skill set to support others.
Mental calm, peace, restoring energy, clarity of the mind, balance, inner strength, self love, letting go, acceptance..... these are all powerful intentions and goals of clients I have listened too and guided to begin the journey of being well, to start afresh. I have a lot in common as these have also been my goals, past intentions I have worked hard on, sometimes one or two become present intentions again, but this is natural as we are always evolving and life doesn't stay the same, so let's embrace it.
